Terms and conditions for Friso Experiences Gallery
About the Contest

  1. Friso Experiences Gallery ("the Contest") presents an opportunity to all mothers and/or fathers to win instant, weekly one (1) Grand Prize (as stated herein). The Contest is hosted in Friso Singapore's Facebook Fan Page ("Fan Page"). The Contest is open to all mothers and fathers who are residents of Singapore with valid NRIC within the Contest Period (as defined below).
  2. This Contest is organised by FrieslandCampina Singapore Pte Ltd ("the Organiser"). By entering the Contest, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

Eligibility

  1. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
    1. Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or
    2. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses).
  2. The Contest will run from 09:00 GMT+08:00 on 7 March 2015 and ends at 23:59 GMT+8:00 on 30 April 2015 ("the Contest Period"). The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period automatically will be disqualified.
  3. Children featured in the entries should be above 6 months old at the time the photo was taken. Any image with a child 6 months and below will be removed from the contest. This is to comply with the Sale of Infant Foods Ethics Committee Singapore (SIFECS) Code of Ethics. Friso also supports the WHO's recommendation to encourage breastfeeding for infants below 6 months.

How to participate

  1. To participate in this Contest, Contestants shall:
    1. Give authorization to the Friso Experiences Gallery application
    2. Upload a picture that shows you and your child experiencing a special Friso Moment together with a caption.
    3. Each Contestant shall only be entitled to win ONE (1) Grand Prize throughout the Contest Period. Each Contestant is also entitled to win ONE (1) weekly prize (as stated herein) per day during the contest period.
    4. Each contestant is only allowed to upload 1 photo within a 7 day period.
    5. Each person is only allowed to vote for each photo once a day

Prizes

  1. Grand Prize: There will be Two (2) Grand Prizes of a year’s supply of Friso Formula Milk awarded at the end of the Contest Period. A year’s supply of Friso Formula Milk is equivalent to 24 tins of 1.8KG tin of formula milk powder, excluding infant formula for 0 – 6 months. Grand prizes winners will be chosen from a shortlist of the top 25 photos from votes then Friso selects the most inspiring photo as the grand prize winner. A winner can only win the grand prize once throughout the Contest Period.
  2. Weekly prize: There is total of 6 weekly prize periods. The weekly prizes are:
  3. Friso Vouchers: Friso vouchers will be awarded to each contestant upon successful upload of photo. Friso vouchers are in denominations of $5, $10 and $20. Friso vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or other types of voucher. Combination of vouchers is not allowed. Vouchers are valid for a minimum of two months.
  4. Friso Experiences Journal: A Friso Experience Journal will be sent to each contestant for each successful upload of photos
  5. Friso Photo Frame: One photo submitted by each user will be selected and printed into a 4R size. This will be placed in a Friso Photo Frame.
  6. Only entries that are displayed in the Friso Experiences gallery are eligible for the weekly and grand prizes.
  7. Closing date for submission to win weekly prizes are as follows:
    1. 22nd March 2015, 2359hrs
    2. 29th March 2015, 2359hrs
    3. 5th  April 2015, 2359hrs
    4. 12th April 2015, 2359hrs
    5. 19th April 2015, 2359hrs
    6. 30th April 2015, 2359hrs
  8. Selection for the 5 most inspiring photos for the weekly prizes are done at the discretion of FrieslandCampina (Singapore) Pte Ltd and decision made is final.
  9. Closing date for submission to win grand prizes are as follows:
    1. 31st March 2015, 2359hrs
    2. 30th April 2015, 2359hrs
  10. Prizes are NOT exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the Prizes are correct at the time of printing. All Prizes are given on an "as is" basis.
  12. The Organizer reserves the right to select a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
  13. The Contest Winners are solely responsible for the collection of their Prizes, and the Organiser and representatives shall have no liability to the Contest Winners in any respect whatsoever. The Organiser will not be responsible or liable in the event that the Contest Winners agrees to have the Prizes dispatched to them.
  14. Any entry that doesn’t fit the theme of Friso Experiences will be disqualified from the contest and will not receive any prize.

Winner Announcement

  1. All Winners will be announced on Friso Facebook Fan page (www.facebook.com/FrisoSingapore) ONE (1) week after the Contest Period ends. The Organiser reserves the right to use any other method or medium that it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest Winners.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of the eligible Winners and to fulfil the delivery of Prizes. Contestants must agree that the Organiser may provide all necessary information to such third party to facilitate such service.
  3. Contest Winners and/or eligible Winners will be notified via email or telephone call and information on collection of Prizes will be communicated during notification. If after 3 futile attempts to contact the eligible winners by the Organiser, the awarded prize will be forfeited and no form of compensation (whether in cash or in kind) will be given in place of the forfeited prize. The Organiser will thereafter have the right to replace the said eligible Winner with another after the 3 failed attempts.
  4. All prizes and prize redemption letters will be send out by 31 May 2015.

Rights of the Organisers

  1. The Organisers will not be responsible or liable for:
  2. Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in storing the audio/video entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, the Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestants to participate in the Contest at any time.
  3. Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
  4. Contestants must also agree that the Organiser shall not be responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the Contestant's and/or any third party's computer, computer system or apparatus relating to or resulting from the access to, participation in this Contest, including the playing, downloading of any materials or information from the Website and in connection with this Contest, submission for this Contest, including without limitation to any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of this Contest Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  7. The Organiser has the right to use the names and/or photographs of the Contestants and all other entries for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without any prior notice to the Contestants. The Contestants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
  8. By participating in this Contest, the Contestants agree to be bound by this Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
  10. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with you. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil your request.
  11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Game, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Customers irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  13. A person who is not party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
  14. If you inform the Organiser that the information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect your request. Your information will not be shared with other companies or partners for their independent use.
  15. The Contest terms & conditions are prepared in English version only.
  16. Contestants agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Contest and/or prevent others from participating in the Game. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE OR AN INDIVIDUAL OTHERWISE ATTEMPTS TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

  1. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  2. You are providing your information to the Organiser and not to Facebook. The information you provide will solely be used for and by the Organiser and will not be sold, transferred, given or shared with any third party that do not have any relation to the Contest.
